  At first I thought I was scammed b/c I never got the confirmation email once I paid for it, so I freaked out.  I called and got a automated msg stating they are out of office. I found their facebook page and got ahold of Stacey who works remotely for them.  She informed me that they were out, but she was going to try and help me locate my TRD Oil Cap.  She went above and beyond her responsibilities, and sent me tracking information, and it arrived today. 

 Great experience opened up on their day off to deliver some parts to us.

 They are the epitome of customer service. Every single time whether day, night, or weekend where I reached out with an issue, they replied and offered to fix it. This isn't the first Brangers product I've owned, and it will not be the last. Keep up the good work and making cool, and innovate stuff for the 2j platform. Dustin's been running the Brangers 2J block in the FD car and it's given us tremendous reliability as well the torque needed too keep up with the V8's

Everything I know about my engine I've learned from the guys at Brangers Racing. They show you what's wrong with your engine, explain what may have caused it and walk you through  how they'll fix it. Exceptional service!

Absolutely the best! I'm not a car guy, so when I have a problem or a simple question. I give the guys at Brangers Racing a call they make time to educate me. 

Returns are accepted on brand new (non-special order, non-custom) items in their original, sealed if applicable, 

packaging up to 15 days after the order has shipped in exchange for merchandise credit. 

Exchanges are subject to a restocking fee depending on part number and manufacturer policies. 

When you receive your order, please open the boxes immediately and confirm that all parts are correct. 

Not only by the part number on the box, but the details of the contents as well to discover any possible packaging errors at the manufacturer. 

We cannot accept any returns after the 15 day window, regardless of fault. 

We strive to offer the best and quickest service in the industry, however we are just humans. If we (or the manufacturer) made a mistake, 

please bring it to our attention immediately so we can correct it within the allotted time frame. 

Cancellation of an in-transit orders will have a  15% restocking fee. 

Special order or custom items cannot be canceled once in process. 

BPM does not offer a warranty on any parts sold. 

All warranty claims are to be filed directly with the part manufacturer and are subject to manufacturer approval.

If approved for a refund there is a  4% non refundable cc fee.
