Returns are subject to approval. Billet clamps, belt guard, oil level cover & billet mains include a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Damages from backfires, negligence, or misuse are not covered.

Intended Use
All parts sold by Brangers Performance & Machine/BRE are intended for off-road use only and are designed specifically for competition and drag racing applications. These parts are not legal for use on public highways and may not comply with federal, state, or local emissions regulations.
No Warranty – Sold As-Is
All products are sold as-is, without any warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Due to the high-performance nature of racing components and the many variables involved in their use, we cannot guarantee longevity, performance, or safety under any conditions.
Buyer Responsibility
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all parts purchased are compatible with their specific application and are installed correctly. Improper installation, misuse, or abuse of parts can result in vehicle damage, personal injury, or death.
No Liability for Damages
Brangers Performance & Machine/BRE is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the installation or use of any product. This includes, but is not limited to, engine failure, vehicle damage, loss of use, or personal injury.
Installation and Tuning
All products should be installed and tuned by qualified professionals experienced in high-performance drag racing applications. Improper installation or tuning may result in component failure or hazardous conditions.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of racing parts, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless approved in writing and at our sole discretion. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Any Custom Build & Payment Agreement
By paying this invoice, you acknowledge and agree that this is a custom-built product, made specifically to your order specifications. As such, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun.
You also agree that you will not dispute or initiate a credit card chargeback for any reason related to a custom build. All concerns or issues must be addressed directly with Brangers Performance & Machine/BRE, and we are committed to working with you professionally to resolve them.

Simply hook up a few wires, turn the key, and it’s ready to run. Yes, it really can be that easy when the entire package is built, tested, broken in, and tuned correctly.
Unlike many shops, we don’t rely on multiple outside sources to complete an engine program. BRE has the equipment, experience, machining, assembly, wiring, tuning, and dyno capabilities all under one roof.
